We met Darcy when we started looking for a new place to live in March, 2022. We had not looked for a new home for 37 years and had no clue how the home search process had changed over all those years. Darcy really listened and searched and ultimately found me exactly what met my needs at the time and for a GREAT price to boot.  Which was a blessing as I had just gone through a divorce. It matters who represents you. Darcy was the listing agent for a property I just sold to my clients. She did a great job of communicating, negotiating, and taking care of her own client while remaining professional and friendly with the buyer’s side throughout all negotiations. She’s the kind of agent that other agents love working with. She saved her own client tens of thousands of dollars by identifying affordable contractors who could take care of needed repairs. I could tell she was doing all she could to advocate for her client while negotiating in a way that also satisfied my clients’ needs. A perfect win-win.
